Erin Drew

Erin Drew

Erin Drew is the Director of the Sovereign Center for Leadership and Management Development at Wilkes University. In this capacity, Drew is responsible for providing the vision and leadership in planning, developing and administering the programs and activities of the Sovereign Center.

Through leadership education and development Erin is working with individuals and organizations efforts to effectively improve performance by advancing the understanding, practice, and development of leadership. Through leadership training and development, the Sovereign Center helps individuals and organizations improve strategic thinking, broaden cross-functional skills, and successfully adapt to an ever changing workforce environment.

Drew was formerly the Director of Training and Development for the NEPA Manufacturer’s and Employer’s Association (MAEA), where she designed, delivered and organized all training based educational needs to approximately 250 member based companies. Continually researching and assessing individual and company based educational needs and was responsible for the overall promotion of the Association’s educational based services. Erin continues to instruct programs relative to organizational effectiveness, professional/management development and leadership.

Drew has also held various positions at College Misericordia’s Insalaco Center for Career Development, where she served as coordinator, consultant and finally Assistant Director. As the Assistant Director, Drew was responsible for assisting in the development and promotion of a four year internal professional development program, ongoing corporate development initiatives, and event planning. Prior to that, she also worked as a performance management division associate for a limited liability partnership in New York City.

Drew is a professional member of the Society of Human Resources Management, The National Association of Colleges and Employers, American Society for Training and Development, International Leadership Association, among others. Currently, she is the Family FOS Chair for the Boy Scouts of America.

She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology/Development from Columbia University. Drew resides in Dallas.
