Danielle K. Flemming

What began as a bubbly experiment in the human psychological response to scent soon developed into an innovative company that blends research and passion to create luxuries intended for total body wellness.  As Founder and CEO of Danielle and Company, Inc., a manufacturer of contemporary natural and organic beauty care products, Ms. Danielle K. Fleming is seen as the expert in the psychology of scent.  She is a National Board Certified Behavioral Therapist and has been in the field of psychology for eight years.

Danielle and Company’s core mission is to study the human responses to scent and infuse this knowledge into organic beauty care products that are good for the whole person; mind, body and soul.  As an eco-chic company, she is committed to the sustainability of the earth and its inhabitants.  Her products are modern in design, made with the purest ingredients, and are created to maintain the integrity of the eco-consciousness consumer.  They are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free and use post-consumer recyclable material in its packaging.

Ms. Fleming is the recipient of many academic and business awards including, Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Bank of America, Top 20 Under 40 Business Leaders in Northeast Pennsylvania, Small Business Spotlight Award, Best New Organic Product at the New York International Gift Show, and the United States Senate Award for Entrepreneurship from Sen. Arlen Specter.  Ms. Fleming has presented research at national psychological conventions, was an invited panelist for to Alternative Medicine Magazine, and is certified in Herbal Techniques from the il Laboratorio dell’ Erborista,  in Pitigliano, Tuscany, Italy .  

Ms. Fleming has also been an invited speaker at Keystone College, Misericordia University and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Marywood University.  She is involved in a number of community organizations, including the Great Valley Technology Alliance, Independent Business Network of the Abingtons, Marywood University Alumni Council, Leadership Lackawanna and is an ambassador to the Lackawanna Heritage Valley program. 

Ms. Fleming has obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Moravian College and a M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University; she is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Human Development from Marywood and is a proud resident of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
