Donald Webster

Donald A. Webster is President of Software Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA) located in Archbald PA. SEA was formed in 1999 to specifically address information management needs for clients through a range of technical advisory services and custom software development capabilities.
Prior to joining SEA, Mr. Webster was a Principal in the firm of Parente Randolph and also COO of Parente Randolph Ventures, LLC. At Parente, he was responsible for the Firm’s non-accounting consulting businesses including Parente Technology, Parente Change Management, Parente HR Services and Parente Leadership Development.
Mr. Webster joined Parente Randolph when they acquired The Summit Partnership, a business consulting and services company he formed in 1997. While heading The Summit Partnership, Don led the development of several lines of business including Change Management and Human Resource Services. He specialized in the area of technology consulting and organizational development.
Prior to forming The Summit Partnership, Don served as president and CEO of Fleet Pennsylvania Services, Inc. an operations and customer service subsidiary of Fleet Bank, N.A. Formerly known as NatWest Services, Inc., this operation was acquired by Fleet Financial Group in 1996. Prior to NatWest Services, he served as chief operating officer for NatWest Bank in Delaware and led NatWest’s acquisition integration efforts for Citizens First National Bank and Central Jersey Bank and Trust. Additionally, he served as a division manager for NatWest’s Specialized Lending administration as well as the Bank’s Asset Based Lending portfolio.
Don earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago. He is involved in a number of community organizations including Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Great Valley Technology Alliance, The Scranton Cultural Center and Keystone College’s President’s Advisory Council. He also chaired the 2000/2001 United Way annual fundraising campaign for Lackawanna County.
